Be specific about your idea (characters, colors, style, etc.). The more details, the better!
Respect timelines. I’ll communicate delays, but please avoid last-minute rush requests.
Keep communication polite. Rude or aggressive behavior may result in order cancellation.
Enjoy the process! This should be fun for both of us.
Process & Payment
Provide clear references to start. Send me the character details, the pose you want your character to be drawn in and at least a vague description of how you want the illustration to be.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upfront (refunded only if I cancel).
You’ll receive work-in-progress updates and 1 free major revision at the sketch stage. Once the sketch is approved, I will proceed with the rest of the process (1 more revisions will be delivered, major changes* may incur fees).
Base prices follow my commission tier list (see pricing table) and are agreed upon before work begins.
Payments only via PayPal in USD or MXN.
The remaining 50% is due before final delivery.
While standard turnaround is typically 1 week, the actual delivery time will be confirmed upon acceptance as it depends on my current queue. The maximum guaranteed turnaround time, starting from sketch approval, will not exceed 3 weeks.
General Terms
I retain copyright and may display the artwork in my portfolio/social media (unless otherwise agreed).
You receive personal-use rights (posting online, printing for personal use). Commercial use (merch, resale, etc.) requires an additional license.
Client cancellations: The deposit is non-refundable if work has started.
Artist cancellations: Full refund if work hasn’t begun; partial refund for progress made.
Final delivery files provided in PNG/JPG (high resolution). Editable files may cost extra.
My mistakes (e.g., missed details) will be fixed free of charge.

A Major Revision is defined as a significant alteration to the initial approved sketch (e.g., completely changing the pose, character gender, or overall composition). Major changes requested after sketch approval will incur an additional fee, quoted before implementation. Minor adjustments (e.g., small color tweaks, slight adjustments to facial expression, minor line cleanup) are covered under the second revision slot.
